We have a policy of providing five minutes of on-phone assistance to help work out your best options. After this time, we offer you to proceed with telephone cosnsultation rates, which will be discussed before commencing.  We cannot give you an assessment of your dog over the phone without a physical examination of the behaviours that the dog is exhibiting.  We are happy to discuss your situation but it would be unethical for us to give you directions without seeing the dog.
